By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
The customer, user or operator may be mentioned as "you" anywhere in the terms of service.
Vmlweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service without warning if you do not comply with any of the terms of service guidelines.
Service Duration
Your service will last the duration that you have paid for. If a payment has not been made by the due date specified on the invoice emails and on the Vmlweb billing panel your service will remain active for 5 days after the due date as a complimentary extension. If a payment has still not been received after the extension your service will be suspended. If no payment is received within 30 days of the due date your service will be terminated. Vmlweb do not hold any responsibility for any files or folders that are deleted if your service is terminated.
Setups
Most of our services will always be setup for full automation, especially if payed by an instant method (paypal). Most setups are completed within 15 minutes and Vmlweb holds no responsibility for any damage or loss to your business that is a result of our setup times.
Cancellation
You may cancel your service at any time throughout the duration of your service. Vmlweb is not required to provide you with a refund for the remainder of the service duration.
Automated Payments
Vmlweb holds no responsibility and are not required to refund any automated payments made while your service is active. It is your responsibility to cancel the automated payment to prevent any further payments. Vmlweb will refund any automated payments made if the associated service is not active, suspended, or terminated.
Money Back Guarantee & Refunds
When purchasing a game, voice, virtual or web server Vmlweb is required to provide you with a refund up to 48 hours after the setup time of your service if requested. Any requests outside this timespan will be considered on a case by case basis.
Invoices
Invoices are generated and emailed to you 7 days prior to the due date. 3 overdue reminder emails are sent to you 1, 3 and 5 days after the due date.
Pricing & Currency
Vmlweb reserves the right to change the price of any service at the start of your next billing cycle for that service. Vmlweb reserve the right to update pricing and exchange rates of any service that is not being payed by GBP (Pound Sterling).
Upgrades & Downgrades
When upgrading or downgrading your service you are required to pay or receive any excess fees that are required to change from one package to another. Downgrade fees are given to you in the form of account credit that you may deduct from your next payment.
Special Offers
Vmlweb may offer promotional discounts on pricing or services. Existing customers may order new services to take advantage of these offers but these offers will not apply for existing services.
Downtime
You accept there may be scheduled or unscheduled downtime or maintenance on your service. For downtimes longer than 24 hours you have the right to request a refund or extension on the services billing date for the amount of time your service was down for.
Service Extensions
Though Vmlweb will do our best to support you, Vmlweb holds no responsibility and is not obliged to give you support when dealing with errors or configurations of third party mods, maps, mutators or any other form of software that extends the current service that Vmlweb offers.
Prohibited Material
You are prohibited to upload or place any form of adware, spyware, IP spoofing, hacking, DOS, DDOS, password cracking, worm, trojan horse, phreaking, virus or harmful software on any Vmlweb server.
Legal usage of BitTorrent is allowed, including running trackers, clients, or websites for non-copyright-infringing material. Laws regarding copyright infringement will apply, according to applicable US law. Frequent or unresolved DMCA complaints regarding BitTorrent usage may be grounds for service suspension.
Proxies which are not the cause of frequent or unresolved abuse issues are allowed. Customers who operate proxies which are subject to repeated and disproportionate levels of abuse may have their service suspended. Proxy usage is not an acceptable justification for providing more than our normal maximum allocation of ip addresses (8 per dedicated server), nor will I/O FLOOD "rotate" or otherwise frequently change ip addresses on request for proxy operators.
Content
You are responsible for any and all content that you host or store on Vmlweb servers as well as the legal requirements for that content. If the content is against any of the terms of service guidelines Vmlweb reserve the right to remove the content without warning.
Custom Details
You must provide your correct details in the form when ordering any service from Vmlweb. If Vmlweb is unable to contact you due to incorrect details Vmlweb holds no responsibility for actions that may occur as a result of not being able to contact you.Accounts, passwords, and other private information are provided for customer's use only. The customer is responsible for any use of their services or accounts, and is therefore responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
Staff Abuse
Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by users and guests on the website, support systems or phone.
Backups
Vmlweb is not required to backup your service and recommends you keep backups of important files. We hold no responcibility of any files that you accidentally or intentionally delete.
Changes to our terms of service
Vmlweb reserves the right to change its terms of service at any time. If Vmlweb decide to change its terms of service, Vmlweb will post those changes on this page.
